Human Resource Features (new!)
Classic is pleased to announce the addition of a number of HR features to the
Corporate Payroll, all of this functionality is included in the 2012 edition of
the Payroll at no additional charge.
Skills Module
The Skills module will let you define your skill codes, assign them to employees and
then provide reporting by employee and skills. Skill codes can be defined
by you.
Certifications Module
Similar to the skills module, this will let you track certifications. First you can
define your own certification codes. Next you can track if the training is scheduled, completed
or not yet defined. You can log the number of hours, the date for the session and of course
any notes you want to record. Detailed reporting, with many options is also available.
Every report has many options that can be changed before printing. The
screen below shows the options available in the certification reporting module.
Events / Incidents Module
Track incidents and events by employee and then produce reports to evaluate trends. Event codes are user-defined
so you can track events that are important to your company. Later you can simply select the event code and date range to
monitor those events. Optional information like dollar amounts, reference
numbers and large comment fields are all available.
Attendance Module
Keep an eye on absent employees and late events. Track the date, time
reason code (which you define) and any comments in regard to the absence.
Later detailed reporting is available.
